Stove top cooking is time consuming and one has to be careful not to overcook the meat else it yields chewy meat.
Roasting and Broiling are both easy ways to cook turkey cutlets in the oven. However, I prefer Broiling as it gives a nice crispy golden-brown crust to the Turkey Cutlets without drying out the meat. In this recipe, I broil the cutlets for 22 minutes in total. This recipe uses ground turkey meat, when using thin slices of turkey to make cutlets, baking also yields good results.
