Easy Turkey Cutlets Recipe| Gluten-Free

This quick and easy turkey cutlet recipe with beans gives you delicious, juicy cutlets packed with fiber and proteins and makes about 24 cutlets!

How to cook Turkey cutlets in the Oven?

Stove top cooking is time consuming and one has to be careful not to overcook the meat else it yields chewy meat.

Roasting and Broiling are both easy ways to cook turkey cutlets in the oven. However, I prefer Broiling as it gives a nice crispy golden-brown crust to the Turkey Cutlets without drying out the meat. In this recipe, I broil the cutlets for 22 minutes in total. This recipe uses ground turkey meat, when using thin slices of turkey to make cutlets, baking also yields good results.

How to make your Gluten-Free Turkey Cutlets Crispy?

Store bought turkey patties and cutlets are oven breaded and dipped in all-purpose flour for a crispy crust. In this gluten-free turkey cutlets recipe I’ve used eggs and rice flour to get a crispy crust.

How to Make Gluten-Free Turkey Cutlets?

Fresh Vegetables: In this recipe I’ve used French beans, Mini peppers, and spring onions to make the cutlets juicy and also pack in an extra punch of fiber.

Eggs and Rice Flour: The use of eggs and rice flour not only helps bind the cutlets but they also make the cutlets a crispy crust.

Ketchup: Yes! you heard me right, I’ve used some ketchup to add a nice sweet, tangy flavor.

Seasoning: The combination of garlic powder and dried fenugreek leaves creates a  magical flavor. Your loved ones will keep asking for this recipe!
