Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Chicken Drumsticks Organic

Spices

  • 2-3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt Iodized
  • tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder adds color
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Clove powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg Powder
  • ½ tsp Carom Seeds Optional

Instructions
 

Chicken Preparation

  • Thoroughly wash the drumsticks with warm water and remove the skin.

  • With a sharp knife make 3-4 deep incisions on the drumsticks taking care to cover the part with the flesh.

Insanely Good Marinade

  • Gather all the spices. In a small bowl, add the oil and mix in all the spices to form the marinade.

  • Apply the marinade thoroughly on to the drumsticks, covering the incisions with the marinade.

  • Cover the bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes*.
  • Set the oven to Broil High Setting. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil using a brush and place the drumsticks on the baking tray, about an inch apart.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes, then turn over the drumsticks and coat them with the leftover marinade using a brush. Cook for 15 more minutes.

  • Turn off the oven and take out the drumsticks. Garnish with some fresh lemon juice and dig in!
