Thoroughly wash the drumsticks with warm water and remove the skin.
With a sharp knife make 3-4 deep incisions on the drumsticks taking care to cover the part with the flesh.
Insanely Good Marinade
Gather all the spices. In a small bowl, add the oil and mix in all the spices to form the marinade.
Apply the marinade thoroughly on to the drumsticks, covering the incisions with the marinade.
Cover the bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes*.
Set the oven to Broil High Setting. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil using a brush and place the drumsticks on the baking tray, about an inch apart.
Cook for about 15 minutes, then turn over the drumsticks and coat them with the leftover marinade using a brush. Cook for 15 more minutes.
Turn off the oven and take out the drumsticks. Garnish with some fresh lemon juice and dig in!
