Wash the vegetables. Microwave the sweet potato for 4 minutes and let it cool. Peel and set aside.
Chop the Red onions and the Long Chilli Pepper.
In a small blender, make a paste with 4-5 garlic cloves and half an inch of ginger.
Mix it all Together
Grate the Sweet potato, add in the chopped veggies, ground turkey and the seasoning.
Add in the Egg, Rice Flour and Chickpea flour.
Mix together, taking care not to over-mix. Add in 1½ tbsp of the oil. Shape the mixture into about 1-1½ inch wide patties.
Cooking
Set the oven on Broil
In a greased baking tray, place the turkey patties about 1 inch apart. After placing all the patties on the tray, lightly brush them with oil.
Place the tray inside the oven. After 10 minutes, flip the patties over and again lightly brush them with oil. Cook for about 7-8 minutes. The patties have a golden-brown color.
Enjoy the patties in a sandwich with your favorite cheese and Veggies or you could make a burger. This recipe yields 16-18 patties.
