Refer to the Insanely Good Grilled Chicken Recipe on this site to prepare the grilled chicken. Chop the grilled chicken into small cubes.
Vegetable Prep
Wash the vegetables, finely chop green chillies and garlic
Finely chop the white portion of the spring onions. Dice bell peppers and long chilli peppers
Kung Pao Sauce
In a small bowl, stir together Oyster sauce, water, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, black pepper and coriander powder. Mix well.
Cooking Steps
In a wok on medium heat, add sesame oil, when the oil is warm add in chopped green chillies, and garlic. Stir fry for 30 seconds. Add in chopped onions, spring onion and saute for 2 minutes.
When the onion turns soft, add in the chopped chicken, vegetables and kung pao sauce. Stir in the unsalted nuts.
Saute for 2 minutes and turn off heat.
Garnish with chopped spring onions. Enjoy this delicious recipe with steamed rice, or noodles.
